This is an important role within the business. You will create a warm, professional experience for every patient while helping ensure the front office, schedules and treatment coordination run smoothly.

Patient Experience

Schedule & Treatment Coordination

  • Optimise clinician appointment books
  • Coordinate treatment and follow-up appointments
  • Follow up outstanding treatment plans
  • Discuss finance and membership plans
  • Track laboratory cases accurately

Operational Support

  • Coordinate stock and suppliers
  • Support sedation and specialist clinic days
  • Assist with sterilisation during busy periods
  • Work closely with clinicians and administration
  • Help improve front office systems
What We're Looking For

Experience, confidence and genuine ownership.

  • Previous dental reception or front office experience
  • Strong dental terminology and treatment workflow knowledge
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence solving problems independently
  • Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
