Booking

  • Call us on 09 391 7777 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Ensure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we'll have to charge you a cancellation fee of $129 or the cost of your scheduled appointment. Since we've reserved that time specifically for your care, at the same time, our appointments are in high demand.

  • If you are a new patient, your appointment will be scheduled with the dentist of your choice (if specified at the time of booking) or see a dentist available on that date. Existing patients will continue to see their current providers. Call 09 391 7777 if you'd like to meet with someone specific. Occasionally there may be unexpected schedule changes, and we may contact you to see another provider if necessary.

  • Indeed, we welcome children to our practice.

  • If another dentist has recommended the procedure to you and you would like a second opinion, our dentists will be happy to provide it, please call 09 391 7777. If you are one of our patients and have been recommended a procedure, you may choose to get a second opinion. We will provide the suggested treatment plan for you to visit another dentist.

  • Parents, guardians, translators or interpreters, and other necessary assistants should accompany patients to appointments only if their presence is required for treatment.


Your Visit

  • If you're more than 15 minutes late, we'll consider your appointment cancelled. We will charge you a cancellation fee. If you've missed an appointment because you forgot, let us know so we can ensure you're receiving our helpful appointment reminder texts, emails, and calls. Call us on 09 391 7777 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Ensure to do so 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule for less than 24 hours, we'll have to charge you a fee of $125 as an appointment cancellation fee. We've reserved that time specifically for your care, and our appointments are in high demand. If you're late for an appointment, we'll make every effort to see you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that your clinic visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the circumstances.

  • It is best to come at the appointed time. We do our best to keep your wait time to a minimum!

  • Let us know if you would like to talk to someone about your first visit, or if you would like to talk about specific options for treating dental anxiety. You can also listen to your favourite music on our noise-cancelling headphones, watch your favourite Netflix TV show, or ask for a blanket if you feel cold. We promise to make your visit as comfortable and pain-free as possible.

  • Please let us know your preferred name and pronouns when filling out the New Patient Form or contact the Front Office. We can correct this information against your records.


Insurance & Payment

  • You can pay online, or we also accept payments by phone or via eftpos in the office at the time of service.

  • Absolutely. We partner with major insurers to get you great care at amazing prices. We accept Southern Cross Health Insurance and nib.

  • It depends on the insurance company! If you and your dentist decide to proceed with any of these procedures, we can provide you with our best estimate of costs, and you can check with your insurance company to see what will be covered. Our Practice

  • Our practice is modern, light-filled—with excellent access to motorways, public transport and the latest technology and equipment to ensure you have a comfortable and safe visit! You can view our practice tour to see pictures and learn more about the space.

  • Our dental practice is located in the newly built Waiata Shores Centre. That’s right across the parking lot from Waiata Shores Countdown, situated at 7/2 Te Napi Drive, Takanini, Auckland. You can find our dental practice on the first floor of the building.

  • Yes, the building has accessible parking, a lift to the first floor and wheelchair access on all sidewalks. Please let us know before your visit if you require any special assistance. We will be happy to help you.

  • Parking is available in the Waiata Shores Centre complex.

  • There is a bus stop outside the Waiata Shores Centre, Bus Stop ID: 2635, Countdown Waiata Shores. Bus no 33.

SureSmile Clear Aligner

  • Yes, we’re excited to offer SureSmile clear aligners at our dental practice. Learn more about Clear Aligners and talk to your dentist at your next visit about if they are right for you.

  • We'll start with a consultation to ensure you're a candidate for SureSmile. It generally takes 30 minutes. If time permits and you are a candidate, we can proceed with the treatment by scanning and taking photos which will take an additional 30 minutes—or you can come back to begin whenever works for you.
